Job Summary
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, budget, and quarterly roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives. Own planning, brand governance, sales enablement, and demand generation while partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership to prioritize initiatives and improve pipeline. Lead website content strategy, user experience, and conversion optimization in collaboration with IT, and manage agencies, vendors, and technology budgets. Build customer advocacy programs, monitor competitor positioning, and evaluate emerging marketing technologies including AI within established brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience spanning strategy, integrated campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, analytics, and cross-functional leadership
- B2B marketing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without direct authority, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications

- leadership and transportation, logistics, supply chain, or professional-services experience
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, CMS, analytics, SEO, social media, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with content strategy, brand governance, sales enablement, demand generation, website optimization, and responsible AI use
- Strong strategic planning, project management, prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex services and operational capabilities into clear, compelling customer messaging
- Strong analytical judgment and proficiency interpreting campaign, website, SEO, social, email, and pipeline data
