Job Summary
Develop marketing strategies aligned with enrollment and revenue aims while identifying priority audiences and growth opportunities. Strengthen the University's brand positioning by clarifying its market role and ensuring consistent expression across digital media, content, and institutional communications. Partner with Admissions to improve inquiry and enrollment results, then recommend resource allocation and establish performance measures connecting activity to outcomes. Use research, analytics, and artificial intelligence to evaluate strategies and drive engagement. Coordinate work with employees, agencies, and external partners to execute plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, digital media, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate company goals into executable plans
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, audience strategy, and performance measurement
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its responsible use in marketing
- Skill to interpret data and communicate its strategic implications
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, enrollment marketing, agency work, or a comparable field
- Commitment to the mission and values of the University of Olivet
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Approximately two to five years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience in higher education or another mission-focused organization
- Familiarity with enrollment funnels, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, or audience segmentation
- Experience leading projects, teams, budgets, agencies, or vendors
- Evidence of marketing work that produced measurable results
