Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team by fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring professionals. Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that elevates the Stylecraft name and strengthens market presence across multiple Texas locations. Fuel growth through lead generation campaigns that optimize qualified traffic and support community sales goals. Oversee the digital ecosystem, including website performance, SEO, online reputation management, social media strategy, and third-party listing sites. Create compelling on-brand content for digital, print, and in-person channels. This role requires 7+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership, reporting to sales leadership to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
