Job Summary
Director of Marketing, Oncology-Bladder in Horsham, PA leads INLEXZO brand strategy and launch execution, ensures cross-functional alignment, and oversees omnichannel campaigns, evidence generation, KOL engagement, and external communications to drive brand performance. Responsible for developing and coaching the INLEXZO marketing team and managing relationships with agencies and vendors, with P&L accountability and collaboration with access teams and global commercial colleagues. Requires extensive marketing leadership experience in oncology, US-brand lifecycle exposure, and strong financial acumen; travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- Oncology marketing/leadership experience required
- Minimum 10 years business experience in Sales/Marketing/Key Account Management with at least 5 years marketing experience
- US in-line experience on multiple brands with product launch experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience with marketing agencies, KOLs, GPOs/contract functions
- Travel up to 25% (domestic and potential international)
