Job Summary
Director of Marketing, Oncology-Bladder: lead the overall marketing strategy and launch for INLEXZO in the bladder cancer indication, including development of comprehensive marketing plans, brand messaging, and omnichannel campaigns. Responsible for data-driven investment decisions, cross-functional alignment, KOL engagement, congress strategy, and external communications to achieve revenue targets. Lead and develop a marketing team across Professional Promotion, Patient Promotion, and Customer Experience, including management of external agencies and vendor contracts; own P&L, long-range forecast, contracting strategy, and collaboration with access and global teams. Oversee promotion plans and identify opportunities for future INLEXZO indications, with accountability for market development and resource allocation. Travel up to 25% (primarily domestic).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Oncology marketing experience required
- Strong Sales Leadership and Marketing experience: minimum 10 years business experience with at least 5+ years in marketing
- US in-line experience with multiple brands at various stages including product launch experience
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen; ability to drive brand performance and GTN
- Experience with marketing agencies, KOLs, GPOs/contract functions
- Travel up to 25% (mostly domestic)
