Job Summary
Director of Marketing responsible for defining and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy to accelerate subscriber growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand equity across all service areas. Leads a performance-oriented marketing organization integrating brand, demand generation, product marketing, and community engagement; partners with Sales, Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership to support market launches, product rollouts, and growth initiatives across fiber and fixed wireless. Key duties include shaping growth strategy, driving multi-channel demand generation, overseeing brand storytelling and content, leading localized go-to-market efforts, managing budgets, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize ROI and subscriber value. Requires 8+ years in marketing leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within telecom, broadband, or high-growth technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIM) are a plus
