Job Summary
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale while owning the promotional calendar, brand positioning, and visual consistency. Drive online revenue by improving traffic, conversion, and average order value through direct paid media management on Google, Meta, and Amazon, alongside email, SMS, SEO, and influencer initiatives. Lead in-store promotions, local media, and community partnerships to support the overall retail footprint, while managing the marketing budget and tracking ROI, CAC, LTV, and attribution metrics. Establish clear expectations for internal teams and external vendors, incorporating AI tools into content development and analysis workflows. Collaborate across Retail, Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment. This full-time, in-office role at Naples Soap Company in Fort Myers, Florida requires a hands-on leader with 7+ years of CPG experience in the beauty or wellness industry to turn strategy into measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with accountability for revenue
- Marketing leadership experience with consumer brands in the $10M–$100M revenue range
- CPG experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing across both e-commerce and physical retail
- Experience managing and developing internal teams and directing external agencies
- Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce, email/SMS, analytics, and paid media platforms
- Current, hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing is required
- Must be able to work on-site
- Candidates must be able to travel to company locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Beauty, skincare, personal care, hair care, or wellness industry experience strongly preferred
- Amazon marketplace experience is a plus
