Job Summary
Director of Marketing role leading the marketing function for Maneva in a senior leadership capacity. Own the team, strategy, and execution across marketing systems, brand and content infrastructure, and sales enablement. Build and scale marketing tech stack (Webflow, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Buffer, Figma/Canva, and AI-powered tools), establish scalable campaign production processes, and drive product launches and go-to-market moments. Develop compelling content (thought leadership, case studies, one-pagers, social posts) that demonstrate Maneva’s technical depth in manufacturing. Collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging, ICP, and lead flow, while partnering with a Fractional CMO. Requires deep understanding of manufacturing buyers, ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives, and comfort operating autonomously in a startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, AI or deep tech company serving industrial or manufacturing buyers.
- Proven experience marketing to manufacturing, industrial, or related enterprise buyers.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience owning and optimizing marketing tech stacks.
- Equally comfortable building brand infrastructure and rolling up your sleeves on content and campaigns.
- Strong content and storytelling instincts.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity at an early-stage company.
- Proficient with modern marketing tools and genuinely excited by AI-powered workflows.
- Experience working at a start-up company
