Job Summary
Director of Marketing responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive traffic, customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth. Lead and mentor a marketing team of 2-3 professionals, oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, collaborate with creative for on-brand content, optimize web copy and social media, analyze performance metrics to inform strategy, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, and 5+ years in digital marketing with proven leadership and budget management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, analytics tools
- Ability to use Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Wordpress
- Experience scaling a brand regionally or nationally
