Job Summary
Director of Marketing & Enrollment II leads recruitment and admissions efforts for a Catholic school within the Diocese of San José. Responsibilities include developing recruitment programs and an admissions calendar, coordinating campus tours and open houses, overseeing the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, representing the school at parish and community events, maintaining admission statistics, building external networks to attract students, and enhancing parent/student experiences. In marketing, the role oversees internal and external communications, social media, school website updates, production of informational materials for local media, and alignment with brand standards. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 2–5 years’ admissions/marketing experience (Catholic education preferred), strong project-management and data-analysis abilities, and excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and support the Catholic mission and values. Supervisory responsibilities include event volunteers. The position requires the ability to work non-standard hours and travel not specified. Salary range is $84,757.06–$98,116.89 per year, depending on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
