Job Summary
Director of Marketing to oversee Citizen's full marketing function across consumer and enterprise, accountable for strategy, execution, and outcomes across paid, organic, lifecycle, content, and brand with a focus on driving new installs, resurrecting lapsed users, and supporting cross-functional priorities including enterprise, partnerships, and product launches. Lead go-to-market strategy for feature launches and city expansions, coordinate across paid, organic, and press, build and manage a B2B marketing engine with enterprise sales alignment, develop GTM strategies for enterprise verticals, and own paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. Manage creator programs and AI-powered marketing operations, including automated creative variants, real-time content monitoring, competitive intelligence, and creator communications. Requires senior leadership experience, data-driven storytelling, strong writing, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while delivering measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years in marketing with end-to-end channel ownership
- analytical and numbers-driven
- strong visual instincts and design/video fluency
- ability to make confident decisions in fast-paced environments
- strong writing across formats
- fluent in AI for marketing and ability to rebuild workflows
- experience across consumer and enterprise is a plus
