Job Summary
Lead districtwide marketing and enrollment strategy to attract and retain students/families; plan and implement marketing campaigns across channels (email, web/digital, print, video, social media); direct creation of high-quality content; manage campaigns for enrollment periods and programs (Pre-K, magnet, arts, athletics, etc.); collaborate with school/district leaders to highlight unique offerings and success stories; craft clear messaging reflecting district strengths and student pathways; plan in-person community events and build partnerships with local organizations to expand outreach; analyze enrollment trends and measure campaign effectiveness using analytics; oversee district website strategy, social media, and digital advertising; support school-level marketing tools and training; lead the Communications team in the absence of the Chief Communications Officer; manage budgets and vendor relationships; ensure messaging is accessible and inclusive for diverse audiences; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or related field
- 6-10 years of experience preferred in marketing, brand management and strategic communication for K-12 education
- Exemplary writing, storytelling, and project management skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content creation
