Job Summary
Oversee the company’s marketing department and lead generation strategies, directing a team including Brand & Media Manager, Canvassing Manager, Regional Retail & Events Managers, Brand Ambassador Manager, Call Center Leadership, and Recruiting/Training Leadership. Drive face-to-face marketing and media lead generation programs, develop and implement growth-focused marketing strategies, manage budgeting and resource allocation, supervise vendors and third-party relationships, deliver KPI reports, monitor industry trends, and ensure ongoing campaign optimization to sustain steady growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing leadership experience in the home improvement industry
- Experience managing managers with strong people development skills
- Understanding of both face-to-face marketing and media lead generation
