Job Summary
Director of Market Research & Client Partnerships: lead design and execution of custom market research studies, serve as trusted advisor to clients, own and grow client relationships, identify opportunities to expand engagements, support new business development, oversee development of client deliverables (PowerPoint reports, Excel-based simulators), mentor research teams, ensure timelines and budgets, communicate project updates, and collaborate with external vendors for recruitment, logistics, survey programming, and data processing. Requires 5–8+ years in market research or related field; strong client-relations track record; expertise in quantitative/qualitative methodologies; proven leadership; excellent communication; proficiency in MS Office and SPSS; Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred). Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in market research, consulting, or related field
