Director of Manufacturing Programs

Director of Manufacturing Programs leading manufacturing programs across product initiatives; drives strategy, operational efficiency, and program objectives across product development, capital deployment, and global expansion projects. Manages a team of Manufacturing Operations Project Managers and partners cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, and Continuous Improvement to deliver outputs for each product development initiative launch. Experience with Lean, Change Management, Manufacturing Systems, Safety, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Management is preferred. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, providing executive-level reporting, supporting Make vs Buy decisions, developing capacity plans, integrating new capital equipment, contributing to Design for Manufacturability improvements, managing CapEx, COGS, and ROI strategies, ensuring regulatory/compliance readiness, and driving adoption of Lean and change-management practices.
