Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead operations at Windings, Inc. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, with 5 years in a leadership position. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing
- At least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing or electronic motor assembly
- Extensive experience in high-mix manufacturing environments
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and digital factory initiatives
- Knowledge of electromagnetic, electric motor/generator, or electronics manufacturing, preferred
- Ability to influence culture and drive positive change in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work jointly across departments
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
