Job Summary
Director of Manufacturing responsible for end-to-end site operations at a high-performance manufacturing site in Dickinson, ND or Kerrville, TX. Reporting to the COO, you will lead capacity planning, production scheduling, labor optimization, and factory-wide performance with a Lean, data-driven approach to improve throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen first-pass yield. The role oversees up to 250 employees, partners with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, and drives continuous improvement to meet customer commitments with rigorous quality and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing and possess strong QMS expertise with the leadership presence to align teams and deliver sustained operational excellence.
