Job Summary
Director of Manufacturing Finance leads the financial operations for Kwik Lok’s multi-site manufacturing network, owning the integrity, timeliness, and finalization of consolidated financial results and manufacturing forecasts. This role drives standardized financial processes across locations, ensures decision-grade reporting for executive review, leads ERP and system improvements, and partners with operations to align sales, production, and financial plans. The position requires senior-level leadership across plants, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to executives while maintaining adherence to GAAP and internal controls. The role also covers a broad scope of responsibilities from cost accounting and variance analysis to close procedures, planning, and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement in Yakima, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting within manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and plant financial operations
- Experience operating across multiple sites or business units with accountability for financial results, standardization, and consolidation
- Strong ERP, systems, and process leadership capability, including improving reporting tools, controls, and end-to-end financial workflows
- Proven ability to identify and resolve data integrity and process issues
- Experience improving financial close processes and reporting timelines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce and communicate executive-level financial insights from complex operational and financial data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, finance, and executive leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
