Job Summary
Initiate, coordinate, and manage major gift fundraising activities to attract philanthropic support for Carroll Hospital Center, Carroll Foundation, and BridgingLife. Identify, cultivate, and steward a portfolio of at least 100 major gifts from individual, corporate, or foundation prospects. Formulate an annual strategic plan and budget with the Vice President of Development while conducting one-on-one solicitations and managing donor relations for gifts over $10,000. Serve as lead staff for prospect reviews, volunteer structure development, and patient rounding to ensure appropriate stewardship during the hospital experience. Maintain strong community relationships to advance healthcare at the highest level.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in philanthropy, development, and major gift fundraising, preferably in healthcare
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
