Job Summary
Senior fundraising leader to design and execute Issue One's major gifts strategy, manage a portfolio of 50-75 high-capacity donor prospects, and drive revenue growth through targeted cultivation and solicitation. Lead executive-level donor engagement with the CEO, Board, and VP of Philanthropy; draft tailored proposals; manage the donor pipeline and moves management in Salesforce; develop and refine major gifts strategies; and represent the organization in donor-facing settings. Strong emphasis on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, coordinating with leadership, and applying strategic fundraising practices to secure five- and six-figure gifts in a bipartisan democracy-reform context.
