Job Summary
Directs maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping operations for a senior living community, coordinating all functions to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents; oversees preventative and corrective maintenance, budget adherence, safety inspections, staff training and supervision, and contractor coordination while supporting quality assurance and compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory or lead maintenance position
- Proven knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Computer knowledge and ability
