Director of Maintenance (Grace Inspired Ministries)

Directs Environmental Services (Maintenance, Security, Transportation, Grounds) for a Life Plan Community, leading staff and coordinating with vendors to ensure safe, high-functioning facilities that meet regulatory requirements and support resident well-being. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance and transportation leads, communicating with residents and staff, planning and directing the department and its budget, overseeing Life Safety Surveys and fire/life safety drills, developing corrective plans, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, coordinating with outside vendors, preparing capital and operating budgets, maintaining safety data (MSDS) and chemical inventories, and coordinating inter-departmental activities to minimize disruption to residents.
