Job Summary
Director of Maintenance responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance department functions to run an efficient hotel operation, supervising Environmental Services, scheduling and monitoring maintenance tasks, leading emergency repairs, coordinating contracts and vendors, ensuring safety and cleanliness, managing department expenditures and budgets, and providing hands-on maintenance support as needed. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, customer service orientation, and ability to work with contractors and hotel leadership to maintain property standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
