Job Summary
Director of Maintenance responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance department to run an efficient hotel operation with minimal supervision, overseeing environmental services, coordinating and completing maintenance tasks, leading emergency repairs, driving aesthetic improvements (painting, drywall, woodwork), monitoring department budget, providing hands-on repairs as needed, coordinating contracted services, ensuring safety and guest/vendor satisfaction, supervising Environmental Services staff, and participating in trainings and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
