Job Summary
Lead aviation maintenance operations as Director of Maintenance, providing strategic oversight across maintenance hangars and repair stations. Ensure FAA compliance, regulatory readiness, and adherence to safety protocols while guiding policy, budgeting, workforce development, and capital investments. Drive operational excellence, fleet readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with company growth; mentor subordinate leaders and foster a culture of safety, precision, and results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of at least 10 years of maintenance experience, including at least 5 years in aviation management or a related leadership discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid FAA Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or technical training preferred.
