Job Summary

Own and govern the station's Maintenance and Work Control programs, including work management, scheduling, site maintenance, service contracts, and facilities upkeep for the Kemmerer Power Station. Ensure work planning, scheduling, and execution comply with federal regulations, NRC requirements, INPO guidelines, and ANSI/ANS standards while serving as the primary site interface with regulatory agencies. Develop and manage budgets and long-range resource plans for personnel, equipment, spares, and facilities; lead responses to emergent equipment issues and plant events with emergency preparedness organizations. Provide executive-level technical input to site leadership on plant risk, conditions, and operational decisions, and lead audits, inspections, and readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or science related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience at a nuclear power plant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management role
  • Familiarity with standard maintenance testing practices and codes and maintenance on nuclear I&C, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Performed supervisory or management activities at a nuclear power plant during an outage and at power
  • U.S. Citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident of the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Previously held a SRO License or SRO Certification
  • Experience governing maintenance and work control programs in Nuclear
  • Demonstrated track record of programmatic performance improvement and corrective action leadership
