Director of Maintenance and Engineering

Plan, develop, and direct the Maintenance and Engineering department through strategic short-, intermediate-, and long-term facility planning. Develop and implement departmental policies, inspect buildings and grounds, and ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and life safety functions. Schedule and document maintenance tasks, manage staff work assignments, and handle recruiting, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee operating budgets, capital projects, and financial reporting while maintaining accurate records for inspections. Work in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local requirements to ensure safety and functionality.
