Job Summary
Oversee operational performance across multiple 7 Brew Coffee locations by maximizing equipment uptime, executing preventive maintenance, and providing rapid-response support for high-speed drive-thru stands. Lead the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary processes for the maintenance and facility crew while fostering a culture of kindness and consistent training. Supervise daily maintenance activities, manage regional financials including P&L and labor costs, and ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and organizational policies. Address customer and employee issues to drive continuous improvement. This full-time role requires hands-on proficiency with commercial espresso machines, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with hours subject to business needs including weekends, early mornings, and late nights.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on proficiency with commercial espresso machines, grinders, commercial refrigeration, and automated brewing equipment
- Strong, verifiable experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems common in fast-paced retail or restaurant environments
- Deep familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, manage spare parts, and schedule recurring tasks
- Complete working knowledge of OSHA, local health codes, and food safety standards
- Must be willing and able to 'do the work' of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical work and other maintenance and facility work as needed
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for early mornings (5AM)
- Must be available for late nights (11PM)
