Director of M&A integration

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end cross-functional integration initiatives for acquired companies from due diligence through post-close onboarding, ensuring seamless transition of customers, contracts, billing, service operations, and seller data; drive day-1 readiness, establish onboarding workflows, monitor customer engagement and retention (NPS, churn), manage holdback/escrow, mitigate risks across Finance, IT, Ops, and Sales; develop value-optimizing strategies, leverage data analysis and AI tools to improve efficiency, and lead an integration team and executive-level reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of operations experience in integration, program execution, and/or the POU industry, including in a leadership position
- Understanding of data management, data integration, and/or software implementation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of aligning and influencing cross functional leaders and executing cross functional programs
- Data analysis or financial modeling experience using Excel, including familiarity with data queries, and other functionality
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or MS Power BI is a plus
- Experience in the POU industry and/or Corporate Development a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional integration programs across multiple departments (Customer Care, Service, Finance, IT, Sales, Data Integration)
- Strong operational discipline and data fluency
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis or financial modeling in Excel; familiarity with data queries
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or MS Power BI is a plus
- Industry experience in POU and/or Corporate Development is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
