Job Summary
Senior Director-level responsibility for end-to-end logistics and distribution across inbound/outbound transportation, warehouse coordination, and delivery performance. Leads multiple shipping and warehouse teams across locations, develops operating rhythms, and optimizes carrier mix, routing, and service levels to improve on-time delivery and cost efficiency. Requires proven leadership in multi-site logistics, carrier/broker/3PL management, and data-driven continuous improvement using WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading logistics or transportation operations in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience overseeing multi-site logistics operations
- Proven ability to lead managers and develop accountable teams
- Strong knowledge of inbound freight, outbound distribution, transportation management, and warehouse operations
- Demonstrated success improving on-time shipping, delivery performance, and logistics cost efficiency
- Experience managing carriers, brokers, and third-party logistics partners
- Strong analytical skills with experience using WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and operational dashboards
- Strong communication and leadership presence
