Job Summary
Support development and execution of logistics strategies for USSOCOM and SOF GLSS contract. Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and field support. Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and collaborate with teams for optimal performance. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement and cost efficiency, assist in managing subcontractor performance, and support audit readiness. Mentor logistics personnel and serve as a liaison with government stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in logistics operations
- At least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts
- Strong understanding of military logistics, sustainment operations, and government compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g., DPAS, GCSS-Army, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
- Secret clearance or eligibility preferred
