Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy to support a rapidly growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. Lead the transformation and optimization of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow across all locations. Establish standardized logistics processes, governance, and scalable operating models that drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver best-in-class logistics performance. Build, develop, and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams while driving continuous improvement, technology adoption, and organizational change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi-site environments
- Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization, continuous improvement, and organizational change
- Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, carrier management, and freight optimization within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
