Job Summary
Director of Logistics responsible for end-to-end logistics across inbound, outbound, and inter-warehouse movements, ensuring on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Lead warehouse (day/night shifts) and office logistics teams, drive accountability and performance, oversee transportation strategy including routing, carrier management, and cost control, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs, analytics, and optimization of systems (WMS/TMS/ERP).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading logistics/shipping in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven experience managing both warehouse operations and office-based logistics teams
- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound freight, domestic and international shipping
- Track record of improving on-time delivery, reducing costs, and optimizing logistics performance
- Experience managing carriers, brokers, and third-party logistics partners
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus
- Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of operating at a senior leadership level
