Director of Live Video

Job Summary
Maintain video systems across all campuses, manage equipment inventory, and pioneer new technical solutions. Prepare weekly broadcast programming, update PCO, and oversee signal flow while operating video switchers, cameras, and ProPresenter during live events and services. Train and develop volunteer teams, schedule weekly shifts, and execute special projects assigned by the Senior Director of Experience. This role requires evening and weekend hours, some physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and using scissor lifts, and is open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and four years of increasing experience in live video production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
- At least 4 years' experience gained through increasing positions within discipline
