Job Summary
Director of Literacy and Language Acquisition leads the vision, strategy, and execution of PK-12 literacy and multilingual learner programming across campuses, drives data-driven improvement, and partners with principals and instructional leaders to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, supports multilingual learner services, compliance, and equitable outcomes; directly manages MLL Specialists and literacy-focused staff, designs and facilitates professional learning, and collaborates across departments to advance shared instructional priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in literacy, reading, TESOL, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, or a related field
