Job Summary
Director of Lifecycle Services leads strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for FMH Conveyors parts and service departments. Responsible for creating the strategic roadmap for aftermarket, driving revenue growth and margin, overseeing customer satisfaction, and developing a team of highly technical professionals. Drives market analysis, product and offering development, and coordination of cross-functional activities with Duravant Operating Companies to expand markets, increase share of market, and optimize profitability. Develops objectives and schedules for product development, including marketing, sales, engineering, and financial plans, and promotes products or services to new markets. Builds strong relationships with customers, partners, and technical experts across target industries and geographies, including service leaders and account managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred
- 10+ Years of work experience; 5 years in a comparable management position
- Experience working with capital equipment
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
- Strong understanding and experience in operations and logistics
- Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes
