Job Summary
Director of Lifecycle Services leads strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for FMH Conveyors parts and service departments. Responsible for creating the strategic roadmap for aftermarket to exceed financial and operational targets, growing revenue and margin while maintaining profitability, and developing new service products and offerings. Oversees cross-functional teams of highly technical professionals, drives customer satisfaction across all touchpoints of the aftermarket business (parts access, technical support, on-site services), and builds relationships across Duravant’s Operating Companies, partners, customers, and technical experts. Key activities include market analysis to develop service offerings, defining objectives and schedules for product development and market introduction, promoting products/services to expand market share, and coordinating marketing, sales, engineering, and financial plans. Travel up to 25-30% and manage operations and logistics with a focus on manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field
- 10+ Years of work experience
- 5 years in a comparable management position
- Experience working with capital equipment
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
- Strong understanding and experience in operations and logistics
- Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes
