Job Summary
Head of Lifecycle Marketing (Director-level, in-office, SF) to own and scale lifecycle programs for a consumer digital product. Lead full-funnel lifecycle strategy to drive subscription conversions, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. Develop advanced segmentation and personalization using behavioral, demographic, and product usage data. Build and launch automated and manual campaigns (email, push, SMS) for product launches and ongoing engagement. Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments with Data teams to optimize conversion, churn reduction, and campaign ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Growth Marketing to integrate lifecycle messaging with feature releases. Manage Martech tooling (Braze, Hightouch, HubSpot, Amplitude, etc.) and explore AI-driven enhancements for personalization and performance. 6+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for consumer digital products or subscriptions; strong leadership, analytical, and strategic capabilities; hands-on marketing automation and analytics tools.
