Job Summary
Directs Life Enrichment programs for residents in a senior care community, overseeing LE coordinators and care managers, develops monthly activity calendars, promotes Family Partnership Program, ensures data collection and 5 touches per resident per day, leads volunteer recruitment and training, maintains safety and Safe Return program, on-call/Manager On Duty duties, attends DLE conference calls, requires Associate's Degree and experience with dementia residents.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of one-year experience in a senior care community
- Experience working with Dementia residents
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts
- Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens
