Job Summary
Lead firmwide attorney recruiting strategy and execution at a premier law firm. Oversee entry level recruiting, lateral associate hiring, and the summer associate program; provide strategic oversight of recruitment processes including offers and relationships with search firms; coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Professional Development, DEI, and administrative teams. Manage and develop the recruiting team while collaborating with practice groups and firm leadership to align recruiting with broader talent initiatives and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience in law firm or professional services preferred
- experience leading entry level and lateral attorney recruiting
- ability to partner with senior leaders and practice groups
- autonomous, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
