Job Summary
Design the operating system to scale the organization from 250 to over 1,000 team members across multiple states. Build an organizational structure that grows intelligently while preserving culture, and create leadership coaching systems to develop managers into exceptional leaders. Establish clear operational processes for consistency and accountability, alongside succession plans and workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs. Develop technology and reporting systems that enable performance visibility and repeatable success. Partner with senior leadership to set strategy, organize work, and delegate effectively as we expand into new markets.
