Job Summary
Provide integral legal advisory on corporate, corporate, labor, contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters. Lead the tracking, updating, and review of the Firm's Compliance policies and procedures. Review and negotiate commercial leases, rental agreements, and supplier contracts. Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of SARLAFT while supervising the PTEE. Manage KYC processes, conflict of interest, and regulatory compliance risks. Design and develop compliance and professional ethics training initiatives. Act as the liaison with partners, regulatory authorities, and the global Legal and Compliance Directorate.
Required Qualifications
- Profesional en Derecho con tarjeta profesional vigente en Colombia
- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en el ejercicio del Derecho, con experiencia relevante en funciones de compliance normativo
- Conocimiento y experiencia en SARLAFT, PTEE y prevención de LA/FT
- Nivel de inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito
Desired Qualifications
- Deseable especialización o maestría en Derecho Corporativo, Compliance o áreas afines
- Se valorará especialmente experiencia in-house, así como trayectoria liderando o coordinando equipos jurídicos
- Experiencia en asuntos corporativos, societarios y/o regulatorios
