Director of Learning & Workforce Development

Develop and execute the organization's learning and workforce development strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans. Partner with executive and operational leaders to identify capability needs, skills gaps, and future talent requirements while creating roadmaps for technical, professional, and leadership progression. Oversee enterprise training plans, leadership development initiatives, and workforce readiness programs across the organization. Serve as the internal expert on adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and learning technologies to ensure solutions are appropriately designed and delivered through blended approaches. Manage the Learning & Workforce Development budget, establish departmental goals, and lead the L&D team. Represent B&D's Mission, Vision, and Values in this in-office role requiring travel.
