Job Summary

Develop and execute the long-term learning and capability strategy for Property Operations, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities and transformation efforts. Evaluate workforce needs to establish roadmaps, competency paths, and succession strategies, while designing leadership development programs for Community Managers, Regional Managers, and emerging leaders. Lead organizational readiness for operational changes, technology implementations, and digital transformation by partnering with Operations Projects, HR, IT, and business leaders. Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of diverse learning programs, establish knowledge management practices for standard operating procedures and job aids, and analyze feedback and performance data to identify capability gaps. Develop measures demonstrating the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and operational consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience leading enterprise learning, organizational development, leadership development, or operations training
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations, preferably within property management, multifamily housing, or a related industry
  • Experience leading organizational change, technology implementation, and operational transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency with learning management systems, e-learning development software, virtual learning platforms such as Webex and Aspire, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Expert knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, leadership development, organizational readiness, and knowledge management practices
  • Expert project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use business and operational data to identify performance gaps and evaluate learning outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment
