Job Summary
Director of Learning & Development to design, build, and scale Astro Pak Academy and enterprise learning programs. Lead the development of field-ready training across technician onboarding, certification pathways, safety/compliance, and leadership development; partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and field leaders to standardize curriculum, materials, and assessments; build scalable learning systems, analytics, and governance; drive continuous improvement in technician speed-to-productivity, certification completion, safety, and retention. The role requires experience building technical training and leadership programs in field-based or industrial environments, strong instructional design and program-management skills, collaboration with technical SMEs, and willingness to travel regularly to field locations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, Talent Development, or Workforce Development
- Experience in field-based or operational environments such as industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or technical services
- Proven success in building technical training and leadership development programs
- Strong instructional design, program management, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience working closely with operational leaders and technical SMEs
- Willingness to travel regularly to field locations
