Job Summary
Director of Leadership Giving and Institutional Liaison responsible for managing a portfolio of leadership-level donors, developing strategies to retain and upgrade donations, and advancing prospects toward major gift readiness. Serves as Advancement’s liaison to affinity groups (Alumni Council, Gregorian Fine Arts Association, Friends of Nursing) and supports donor engagement through events and CRM documentation. Travel and occasional evenings/weekends expected; role focuses on growing leadership-level giving, expanding qualified prospects into major gift portfolios, and ensuring successful transitions to major gift management.

- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience
