Director of Labor Relations

Develop and execute a comprehensive labor relations strategy aligning with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Lead collective bargaining negotiations with multiple trade unions and interpret, administer, and enforce collective bargaining agreements across operating regions. Advise senior leaders on jurisdictional challenges, grievances, and project labor agreements while managing the grievance and arbitration process. Build relationships with union leadership and monitor industry trends to inform workforce planning and bid preparation. Ensure compliance with the National Labor Relations Act and Davis-Bacon Act, partner with HR to design training, and oversee labor-relations documentation. Requires 10+ years of labor relations experience, willingness to travel nationally, and adherence to site-specific safety protocols including PPE and variable weather conditions.
