Director of Lab Services

Oversee all daily laboratory and compliance functions for assigned regional locations, developing long-term strategic and operational plans for all laboratory modalities. Manage human, financial, and capital resources while collaborating with medical directors and staff to implement patient care standards and grow net revenue. Control expenses, monitor job performance, and ensure quality improvement activities align with Joint Commission, CAP, and organizational safety standards. Develop and administer department budgets, recommend resource acquisition, and promote performance improvement initiatives to meet stated financial goals. Provide visionary leadership to ensure effective 24-hour hospital operations and regional outreach growth.
