Job Summary
Direct IT strategy and operations for Tempo Communications, overseeing ERP (Dynamics GP) stability and upgrades, enterprise integration, cybersecurity, data platforms, and BI; lead a team of three IT professionals and manage MSP/vendor relationships across domestic and international sites; administer IT budgets, disaster recovery, and security programs, while driving workflow automation and AI tool adoption to support manufacturing and distribution operations; partner with Finance and executive leadership to align technology with business goals and deliver technology-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with direct management of staff and vendors
- Hands-on experience administering Dynamics GP or similar mid-market ERP system
- Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts in a lean organization
- Experience managing IT integrations, vendor coordination, and go-live support
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical decisions for executives
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a small-team, high-ownership environment
