Job Summary
Direct IT strategy and leadership for a hospitality resort, overseeing definition and execution of technology initiatives, vendor relations, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration. Responsible for guiding adoption and optimization of applications and technologies (including Office 365, security tools, and hotel tech platforms) while ensuring high service levels, effective incident resolution, and alignment with business goals. Leads project management, communicates with guests, internal teams and vendors, coaches staff, and oversees change management and the overall IT roadmap and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent education and/or 3-5 years related experience
- Experience working with remote users
- Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Experience in Hotel Technology is strongly preferred
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage internal and external resources to address day-to-day needs for application troubleshooting and issues resolution
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have exceptional interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must have expert knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with ticketing and help desk management tools such as Autotask and ITGlue
